About CF&A 

CF&A was conceived in the realization that the leadership of West Chester University (WCU) has applied unique solutions to challenges shared by virtually every institute of higher education. When even WCU's consultants voiced their respect for the University's DIY accomplishments, the President and his team saw that they had an opportunity to leverage their experience to provide guidance born of first-hand knowledge and success.
